Dirk Stricker:

Dirk has been a Broker for over 20 years and is active in all sectors of Commercial Real Estate in the Tri-Cities (Kennewick/Pasco/Richland) market in Eastern Washington. As a Tri-City native, he is familiar with current economic and retail trends that can help add value to his clients and their investments. His skill sets reach from specializing in Retail/Office/Development projects to his intangible local knowledge needed to complete complex projects requiring creativity and interaction with civic and community officials.

Dirk has built a reputation for client satisfaction and is recognized commercial leader of knowledge in the community that has fostered a reputation for its continual growth. He has cultivated a broad network of relationships among brokers, developers, and investors in the region through his extensive transactional experience. Dirk lives in Kennewick is married with one son.

 

Derrick Stricker:

Derrick was born and raised in Kennewick and after graduating from Southridge HS he attended Gonzaga University where he majored in Economics and Political Science. Derrick played an active leadership role in several student organizations as well as studied abroad in Florence, Italy. He interned as a lobbyist for the Steel industry while covering the 2004 election at American University in Washington, DC and returned to Spokane to intern with Global Credit Union as a Credit Analyst while completing his MBA with a concentration in Finance at Gonzaga.

Derrick started his career in Chicago with a boutique investment bank focusing on mergers & acquisitions and raising capital in the community banking sector. He joined Bally Total Fitness to assist in the turnaround and restructuring process after Bally filed for Chapter 11 and served as a Financial Analyst in the FP&A/Real Estate/Marketing departments. His analytical and entrepreneurial background are a great asset for his dealings with his clients and community.

Derrick is excited to be back to his hometown and continue to watch the Eastside of Washington grow at an accelerated pace. He and his wife (Kathleen) recently moved back from Chicago and had their first child in September. He is an avid Gonzaga basketball fan and Alumni Chapter President and loves 80’s music, traveling, ping-pong and motocross.
