Dirk Stricker Commercial Real Estate would like to welcome Nikki Griffith, MAI, CCIM, Realtor®. Nikki has over 30 years of real estate experience.
Ms. Griffith grew up in the midwest and did her undergraduate education at the prestigious St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She began her real estate career in 1976, when she was hired by a national commercial real estate mortgage brokerage firm. Ten years later, after earning the coveted MAI Designation for professional expertise from the Appraisal Institute, Ms. Griffith launched her private practice as a commercial real estate broker and appraiser.
In 1990, Ms. Griffith and her family re-located to the Southwest, where she assisted with the valuation and disposition of the real estate portfolios of eight failed savings & loan institutions through her work as Chief Appraiser with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Then she spent nearly 15 years in banking as Senior Vice President and Chief Appraiser for Bank One withoversight responsibility for valuation of a $20 Billion real estate portfolio before retiring in 2004. In 2000, she earned the highly sought after CCIM Designation for excellence in commercial and investment real estate from the CCIM Institute.
In 2007, Ms. Griffith re-located once again with her entire family and her newly acquired herd of premium quality alpacas, to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Her husband, Collins, lived in the Washington State area during the 1980s and he still has family in the area.
